When you sign up for a Pro or Pro+ subscription for the first time, a free 7-day trial period* automatically begins. This trial period can only be claimed once upon your first subscription and applies to either your first Pro or first Pro+ subscription. No trial period is available when upgrading from Pro to Pro+.

During this time, you can cancel the subscription at any time for free. All subscription features will remain accessible until the end of the trial period.

If you do not cancel the subscription, the cost of the chosen subscription will automatically be charged to the payment method you provided during registration.

*Note: During special promotions, such as annual sales, the trial period may not be available.

You can buy the Pro and Pro+ subscription, Premium routes and Premium route books as well as the gift voucher for Pro or Pro+ with the payment methods stored in your Outdooractive account. You can find them after registration on our website under “My page” → “Settings” → “Payments and Subscriptions”.

If it's your first time making a purchase, your payment method will be added to your account. On the website, you can purchase all of the content described above using the following payment methods:

• Credit Card
  While submitting an order, the user also supplies the provider with credit card information.
  After the user’s legitimization as the rightful card holder, the provider (immediately after the order) requests the execution of the payment transaction by the credit card company. The transaction will be automatically carried out by the credit card company and charge the user’s credit card.

• PayPal
  If you choose to use PayPal as a payment method, the invoice amount is paid via the online payment provider PayPal. The user will be redirected to the PayPal website: www.paypal.com.
  The user needs to be registered at PayPal or, if necessary, get registered for the first time. After the login data are legitimized by PayPal, the payment instructions need to be confirmed with the provider. The payment to the provider takes place immediately after the user’s confirmation via his / her PayPal account. PayPal’s terms of use (PayPal Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A. are applied as amended. • Voucher
  Provided the user is in possession of a voucher, the payment can be carried out by entering the voucher code in the field provided for this purpose.

You can view and manage your subscription at any time on our website. After logging in, go to the drop-down menu on the top left of the screen followed by "Settings" at the bottom. The "Payments and Subscriptions" option provides information about your subscription level. You can also update your payment details as required.

If you purchased Pro or Pro+ via the app, you will need to do the following to cancel your subscription:

• Android: Open the Google Play Store on your smartphone or tablet and tap the profile symbol in the top right corner → "Subscriptions and payments" → "Subscriptions" → select the Outdooractive subscription. You can find more information in the Google Play Help Center.
• iOS: Open “Settings“ → “[Your Name]“ → “Subscriptions“ → tap the subscription.  For more information, see Apple Support.

You can cancel your subscription at any point ahead of its next renewal date. The earliest date that the cancellation takes effect is the end of the subscription period that has already been paid for. This means that you can continue to enjoy all the benefits of your Pro or Pro+ subscription until then.

Please note: You cannot undo a cancellation. If you canceled in error, once the subscription ends you can easily re-subscribe with just a few clicks.
