Im Nationalpark und generell sollen manche Routen oder Vulkane nicht begangen werden, Eigenverantwortung und Info vor Ort ist dann nötig. Auch beim Roque sind in der Mitte des ganz kurzen Aufstiegs Ketten, damit nicht Menschenmassen dort raufsteigen und zumüllen!

Diese Tagesetappe geht mit viel bergauf und bergab den Bergen der Sierra Blanca entlang. Wegen des oft felsigen Weges ist mit längerer Gehzeit zu rechnen. Abweichend von der Originalroute Etappe 31 GR249 ist die Gehrichtung umgedreht und das Ende an die öffentliche Busstation in Marbella angeglichen.

Pilgrimage on the Way of St James

The most famous hiking trail in Spain is the Camino de Santiago. The classic Camino Francés leads you from the Pyrenees through northern Spain to Santiago de Compostela. The hike is divided into several stages, covering a total of around 800 km.

Schöne Wanderung. Die Kletteretappe zum Puig ist sehr anspruchsvoll!!! Beim Startpunkt gibt es nur 3 kleine Parkplätze. Die waren um 12 Uhr (Oktober!!!) schon voll. Also früh los! Für die Tour 4 Stunden einplanen.

Der im Track eingezeichnete Tunneleingang bei Tamaimo ist durch zwei Eisentore versperrt und kann nicht begangen werden. Der nächste Tunnel weiter östlich ist begehbar und macht die Rundtour wieder möglich.
