
How does the synchronization between app and platform work?
How synchronization works
The synchronization of your account content works automatically in both directions (website → app and app → website). This means your content is always up-to-date on both. The website synchronizes simply by refreshing your browser page.
In the app, you also have the option of manual synchronization. You can trigger this via the synchronization button, which you will find at the bottom of “My page”. Alternatively, you can go to “My page” to synchronize the app by simply dragging the page from top to bottom.
To rectify errors caused by synchronization, go to the settings via the 3-dash menu (top left) and use the “Resynchronize all” function under “General” in the settings section.
Requirements
The following requirements must be met for the synchronization to work smoothly:
- You need an active account.
- You need to be logged in on the platform and in the app with the same account.
- You need stable access to the Internet - both in the app and in the platform.
