The Kanchenjunga trekking is an excellent and demanding adventure trekking package in Nepal. Mt Kanchenjunga is the 2nd highest mountain in Nepal & third highest mountain in the world after Mount Everest and Mount K2 with an elevation of 8586 m and is located in the eastern part of Nepal. In fact, the Kanchenjunga region was opened only in 1988 for trekkers and is protected by the Kanchenjunga Conservation Area Project by the World Wildlife Fund in association with the Nepal Government. The Kanchenjunga sanctuary is home to Red Panda and other montane plants, animals, and birds. Actually, many trekkers and climbers have described the Kanchenjunga region as the finest trekking route in Nepal.
