In the Somme, from Amiens to Corbie, the cycle route runs along the Somme River and then follows the Ancre valley from Corbie to Miraumont passing through Albert.

Nous avons rattrapé le parcours à Achiet-le-Petit depuis la gare d'Achiet, ce qui le réduit à 65 km le rend faisable sur la journée. Le souvenir le plus fort restera la découverte, méritée après la côte, du mémorial irlandais (Tour de Belfast) et du mémorial britannique à Thiepval. Belle arrivée sur Amiens par les hortillonnages.

Un circuit très bien balisé mais comportant beaucoup de route et peu de chemins. Un petit détour sur les hauteurs de Mers pour aller admirer la vue. Ce passage ainsi que la traversée de Mers sont les gros atouts de cette balade. Il y’a de belles descentes et de ce fait de bonnes remontées aussi.
