Bei Sonnenschein ließ sich der Weg super laufen. Schöne Ausblicke, immer schön am Waldrand und den Weinbergen. Bei Gimmeldingen war sehr viel los, logisch bei dem Wetter. Die rosa Blüte als Wegweiser ist auch meist gut zu finden. In der Hälfte perfekt zur Pause empfiehlt sich der Pfalzblick. Habe ohne Pausen 4 Stunden gebraucht bei zügigem Schritt. Die Zugverbindung zurück ist zwischen Neustadt und Bad Dürkheim bestens.

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wanderung oberhalb von Lambrecht mit 10 (!) originellen Rastplätzen und mit 6 schönen (teilweise spektakulären) Ausblicken auf Lambrecht und/oder seine umgebenden Wälder.
Meine klare Präferenz: Die Tour in umgekehrter Richtung gehen, da die Passage von der "Stadter Bank" hoch zum "Kaisergarten" auf breiten Wegen etwas eintönig ist (eher für den Rückweg tauglich) und der "Friedensweg" somit ein besonders schöner Ausklang ist.
