Eine wunderschöne Umgebung die jederzeit zu einem Spaziergang einlädt.
Der Herrenteich Reinfeld ist größer als der Name es vermuten lässt. Eine Fläche von 54 ha umfasst das Gewässer, das in die Gebiete Unterer und Oberer Herrenteich unterteilt ist. Der Obere Herrenteich ist als Naturschutzgebiet für Besucher nicht zugänglich. Wer das Wasser und die Natur erleben möchte, macht am besten einen Spaziergang auf dem geschlossenen ca. 4 km langen Weg direkt am Ufer des Unteren Herrenteiches entlang.
Für Kinder und Naturinteressierte ist es besonders schön die Stationen des Naturerlebnispfades, wie z.B. den Weidentunnel, zu entdecken.
