Lightning run on the Villám hills
Types of paths
- Mostly single-track paths
- Some normal dirt roads
- A few hundred meters of cobblestone and asphalt at the beginning and at the end
Energy distribution
Except for small fluctuations, you continually climb until the top of the ski slope, from where you just have to roll down back to the starting point. So focus your energy on the first 5 kilometers; the last two are just cool down.
Recommended period
Can be completed at any time of day and any season. Due to heavy pedestrian traffic, avoid busy hours during the high season on weekends.
Our trail running section is supported by Dockyard. The route is recommended by the legendary Csaba Németh, Hungary's most successful active trail runner.
Author’s recommendation
