Pleasant forest run in the area of the Wiener Höhenstraße, with the ascent altitude meters well distributed - therefore also recommended for runners who are not so physically strong.

The Vienna City Marathon will take place for the 41st time on April 21, 2024 and once again more than 40,000 runners from all over the world will be at the start in the various competitions to tackle one of the most beautiful marathon courses in the world.

Scenically beautiful, medium-length trail run around the Kaltenleutgeben valley. After a brutal climb at the very beginning, a very relaxed elevation profile.

The route leads around the Wilhelminenberg Castle in Vienna – once downhill and then uphill again :-)

On hot summer days, nothing refreshes Viennese people more than a jump into the Danube current at the legendary Strombad Kritzendorf. Why not walk there through the cool forest for a change?
