Binoculars at Finland's most famous bird wetland! Liminganlahti has five bird towers from which you can observe the area's diverse birdlife and other nature.

The kidneyworts and migratory birds delight visitors to the inner islands from the start of April. There are often summery days in September, and in October, the autumn colours light up the scenery.

Experience culture, a touch of history, and local flavor along the same route! The route runs from the center of Salo through Wiurila Manor to perhaps Finland's most pleasant resting spot.

Set off on a culinary journey to the gourmet town of Salo and fall in love with the area's cafés, restaurants, breweries, and bakeries. Food lovers will find local food and drinks available along the entire route.

This route follows the career and works of Finland's greatest 20th-century architect and designer, Alvar Aalto, in Helsinki, Turku, Seinäjoki, Jyväskylä, and Kotka.
