Between the Oder and Havel in northern Brandenburg lies one of the most beautiful German landscapes - the Uckermark.
Ein landschaftliches Highlight ist der neuntägige Wanderritt Schorfheide, bei dem Ihr mitten in das ehemalige Jagdgebiet der herrschenden Klassen und heutige Biosphärenreservat reitet. Aber auch bei den anderen Reit-Touren in Brandenburg erwarten Euch weite Felder und Wiesen, sandige Böden, junge Kiefernwälder, Heidefläche, nebelumwobene Moore und romantische Badeseen.
So geht es zum Beispiel während des Ausrittes in Hohenbruch (bei Oranienburg) in den Kerkower Forst und der Ritt ab Gut Zeisigberg hat die Mixdorfer Sandheide sowie die Merzer Heide auf dem Programm.
Wer die ultimative Herausforderung sucht und genügend Zeit zum Wanderreiten mitbringt, ist auf der Reit-Tour Teutleben-Berlin perfekt aufgehoben. Die über 300 km lange Strecke führt Euch von Berlin einmal quer durch Brandenburg bis an den Thüringer Wald - um sie zu bewältigen, solltet Ihr vorher jedoch den einen oder anderen Trainingsritt absolviert haben.

Die Tour lässt sich sehr gut reiten und verläuft vorwiegend auf Sandwegen durch lichte Kiefernwälder und Felder.
Aktuelle Wegänderungen,
1. südlich von Pritzwalk, die Bahnquerung nach Giesendorf existiert nicht mehr, alternative Route über Kuhbier nach Wolfshagen.
2. die Weganbindung von Balow nach Klein Warnow ist nicht mehr durchgehend bereitbar, alternative Route von Balow nach Werle von dort nach Klein Warnow (Klein Warnow ist ein guter Startpunkt für die Tour)
3. Die Plattenburg wird zur Zeit (2020) nicht mehr bewirtschaftet, alternative Unterkunft Pension Rosenfeld.
Die in einem weiteren Kommentar angesprochenen Brücke bei Perleberg lässt sich mit einem ruhigen Pferd gut bewältigen.

Sind von Strodehne nach Bahnitz geritten, schöne Strecke, teilweise gute Wegalternativen im Sand/Wald. Beschriebe Strecke oft Radweg. Infrastruktur (Übernachten, Essen) muss gut geplant werden, wenig Möglichkeiten, bei uns nur mit Begleitfahrer möglich gewesen. Viele schöne Badestellen am Wegesrand.
