The multi-day paddling route starts from Tessin. One-day routes are recommended mostly between Bad Sülze and Marlow.

180 kilometers of navigable waterway and 17 locks connect Elbe, Schwerin and Lake Plau. For paddlers, it offers easy and challenging sections, from straight canals to enchanted old arms. Day or multi-day routes, numerous water hiking rest areas. Here water becomes street.

Great paddling route on the Peene

The quiet and lonely Recknitz originates between Güstrow and Laage. The river captivates with varied landscapes, flowing curves, and family-friendly safety.

Canoeing from Kratzeburg to Neustrelitz This route leads from lake to lake through the Müritz National Park to Neustrelitz. With an area of 32,200 hectares, it is Germany's largest national park. Like a chain, one lake follows another here, always linked by the Havel. Most of the route promises relaxing peace amidst untouched nature.

From Lake to Lake through the Kleinseenplatte This varied circular route takes you along the Müritz National Park over calm lakes to the water lily paradise north of Mirow. Then, via the Bolter Canal, it goes back to Mirow on the southern part of the Müritz – Germany's largest inland lake.
