Backcountry skiing routes in Lech

A long descent variant, although not particularly steep, which in the past you could ski from Lech to Warth. Due to the merger of the two ski areas, this variant has become somewhat more popular, as you can get back to the starting point very quickly.

An easy variant that can also be skied well under more challenging conditions. The terrain is not very demanding. With skillful track choice, you can still find good powder even in stronger sunshine.

A mega classic that leads from Zürs to Lech and is an absolute scenic highlight.

Spectacular run with partly very steep downhill sections.

A slightly more demanding variant of the Erzberg with rugged, interesting terrain sections.

A rather rarely used variant of the Valluga with a challenging approach via the ridge. In return, you are rewarded with a uniform north-facing slope.

Very nice variant with a long traverse at the start. In the middle there is a steep narrow section that can be somewhat uncomfortable with long skis. After that, it goes into moderate terrain down to ski slope no. 10 and further to Zürs.

The "Antenna," as the run is also called by locals, is a very good alternative when many standard routes are already tracked out and you don't mind a bit of hiking. This sporty variant should only be done if conditions allow, as the lower section is relatively steep terrain with unfavorable catchment areas.

A relatively short but varied run in very safe terrain. Possible even in tense avalanche conditions and poor visibility.

A very rewarding variant with a short ascent, possible either with skins or on foot. Unfortunately, the Flexenmulde bus stop no longer exists, so you have to walk about 10 minutes on the road at the end of the tour to reach the "Muggengrat Taeli -10" ski piste.
