The Friedberger via ferrata connects the Schartschrofen and the Rote Flüh (2,111 m) and is one of the classics in the Tannheimer Tal. The via ferrata runs along a beautiful ridge and offers impressive views down into the valley and onto the Haldensee.

Always fantastic fun and the views are awesome. The immediate descent from the summit is a bit loose and unpleasant, but as a whole, the trip's a pretty unbeatable way to spend a weekend morning.
