Via ferratas in Innsbruck-Land

Sehr schöner und alpiner Klettersteig (C/D) auf die markante Ilmspitze 2692m. Erinnert stark an die alpinen Klettersteige in den Dolomiten. Beim Rückweg kann man noch die Kalkwand mitnehmen.

The Mittenwalder Höhenweg via ferrata (A/B) could be better described as a secured high-altitude trail. It leads from the Karwendel cable car to the Brunnsteinhütte in a magnificent Karwendel setting and then back down into the valley.

On the western Karwendel ridge, high above the Olympiaregion Seefeld, a rewarding iron path has been built directly to the summit of the Seefelder Spitze. Quickly accessible – from the final station of the funicular – the steel cable ascends along longer vertical passages in the area of the west ridge to the 2221-meter-high summit cross.

Attractive sport climbing route with a picturesque endpoint at the pilgrimage chapel St. Magdalena (with a snack station!). Great views of the Habicht and the Gschnitz mountains give the route an alpine touch.

The easy, beautiful via ferrata in a Dolomite-like environment is also suitable for via ferrata beginners. Over ledges and short climbs it goes up to the panoramic summit of Steingrubenkogel.
