In der schönen Landschaft sind zahlreiche Jogging-Touren möglich: Ihr könnt entweder direkt über den Höhenzug des Teutoburger Waldes joggen oder Ihr lauft auf flacheren Etappen im Teutoburger Vorland. Der 32 km lange Hermannslauf eignet sich gut für ausdauernde Läufer, die den Teutoburger Wald zwischen Detmold und Bielefeld erkunden möchten. Ihr joggt dabei vom Hermannsdenkmal durchgängig auf dem Höhenzug über den Großen Ehberg und den Ebberg zur Universitätsstadt Bielefeld. Wer es etwas ruhiger angehen lassen möchte, ist zum Beispiel bei der Lauf-Runde Sternschanze - Allhornberg richtig aufgehoben. Bei dieser Jogging-Tour geht es im Lippischen Wald vom Heidental am Scharfnacken vorbei.
