An excellent playground to prepare for races (10km, half marathon, and marathon)

At the centre of a 9km bay of fine sand, La Baule beach offers a superb playground for running enthusiasts. The beach is very well maintained, allowing you to run directly on the fine sand at low tide or along the embankment, which is wide enough to accommodate walkers and runners. There is plenty of free parking available at the start or finish of the course, along the embankment or in the surrounding streets. The course is very easy to set up and run.
