Superb walk. However I would recommend going the other way round as then the coast part is at the end and one has wonderful views of Boscastle / Tintagel.

Walked (not ran) this route on a hot day, so were really grateful that it was mostly in the shade. A great route, although suspect that the section around Hart Hill would be very boggy in winter and spring
