The cycle tour then climbs out of Monells, along the paved road to Santa Pellaia for a few kms, before turning onto the gravel road, which climbs to Montnegre. After a short road section the route traverses on gravel to the top of “Els Angels”, where you can visit the viewpoint, sanctuary and restaurant/café at the top, before turning down the paved descent to Girona, and entering the city along the “Carillet” bicycle greenway.  Tags: Best bike touring holidays, cycling tourism Catalonia, bicycle trips Spain, E-Bike tours, E-MTB trails, gps & gpx tracks More information: http://www.girona.cat/turisme/eng/dte_ciclisme.php
