Three capitals on a single bike route: from the current capital Vilnius via the historic capital Trakai to the former temporary capital Kaunas

The Samogitia region (lit. Žemaitija) in western Lithuania is considered one of the most authentic regions of the country. The route leads through cities and landscapes.

This 3-day cycling route takes us to Lithuania's three major bodies of water: the Nemunas River, the Baltic Sea, and the Curonian Lagoon, as well as through the historic region of Lithuania Minor.
