Pilgrim walks in North Rhine-Westphalia

Approx. 12 km long spiritual (hiking) route between hills, forest, and water on the edge of the Teuto. Special highlight: 12 virtual impulse points with thoughts from Benedictine spirituality. Accompanying booklet available at the start.

The Senneweg is an old connecting path from Bielefeld to Paderborn, which is mostly historically documented. It leads in three stages first to Oerlinghausen, then to Oesterholz, and ends in Paderborn.

A route where you find inner peace and new vitality. The actual goal is not the place at the end of the pilgrimage path, but rather the journey to it.

This is the Jakobsweg marked with the yellow pilgrim's shell on a blue background, which leads over the Sintfeld from Paderborn to Lennestadt-Elspe. There, the path meets the old Heath Road, a medieval road connecting Leipzig to Cologne via Kassel.

The pilgrimage route leads through the towns of Birgelen, Ophoven, and Effeld, crossing open fields and forests in a circular route past churches, chapels, and small Christian monuments.

The Rhine-Maas Pilgrims' Way takes us from the Dutch town of Millingen am Rhein through the German-Dutch border region to Aachen.

The Marburg-Cologne Pilgrimage Route leads us from the grave church of Saint Elisabeth in Marburg through western Hesse, the Siegerland, and the Bergisches Land to the cathedral city of Cologne.

The Jakobsweg Wuppertal-Aachen leads the pilgrim from the Wuppertal district of Beyenburg via Cologne to the German-Belgian border near Aachen.

On the Osnabrück-Wuppertal Jakobsweg, we pilgrimage straight across Westphalia. After crossing the Teutoburg Forest, we hike through the flat Münsterland to the eastern Ruhr area. Here, we cross the Ruhr and reach our destination in Wuppertal-Beyenburg over the hills of the Bergisches Land.
