They provide care for over 3,800 patients and their families each year—all free of charge.

Rules and Regulations
A registered user account (free of charge) at Outdooractive is required.
Challenge participants who complete the challenge have the opportunity to enter the prize giveaway, which will take place at the end of the calendar year (2025).
Prizes
#Stay1StepAhead Prize Draw:
First prize: One prize draw winner will win their choice of a year's supply of supplements from FutureYou Cambridge (worth approximately £300) as well as a 1-year Outdooractive PRO+ voucher.
Five runners-up in the prize draw will win £50 worth of their choice of supplements from FutureYou Cambridge as well as a 1-year Outdooractive PRO voucher.
Terms and Conditions
Challenges are based on Central European Time. To receive credit towards a challenge a qualifying activity (Hiking, Mountain Biking, etc) must be tracked in the Outdooractive app or a partner app. Outdooractive community guidelines must be followed, including health and travel restrictions in your area.
Reaching the challenge goal does not automatically result in receiving a prize.
Challenge participants who complete the challenge goal have the opportunity to enter the prize draw, which will take place at the end of the calendar year (2025).
The prizes are not awarded based on the placement of a user on the challenge leaderboard, but purely at random.
